The Bespoke Manufacturing Process

Our passion for creating a unique experience and attention to detail is our main focus on each project. We aim to provide you with the feeling of riding your ultimate bicycle. We love to hear your wishes and are happy to work together with you, because in the end, it’s you who will be riding the bike.

The time spent on these projects is enough for us to push the boundaries and deliver the most amazing bicycle you can have.

Our choice of material is steel. Steel offers the perfect balance of characteristics for building a strong, light, and durable frame for all cycling enthusiasts and professional riders.

The Design and Fitting

Contact and Research

Everything starts with you contacting us to resolve any doubts you might have and for us to understand what we can build together. Once it is decided to proceed, we take a down payment to finalize the design and start the building process.

Measurements

We are all different, and fortunately, a bicycle is complex enough to adapt to your needs. Our bodies are always changing, and the posture on the bike can vary over time. We can do a fit ourselves, work with professional fitters, or you can provide us with your perfect geometry.

Design

After having the main concepts defined and the budget set up, we come up with a selection of tubing and components. A sketch will be provided along with an estimate of the total cost. A payment of 50% of the estimated cost will be requested so we can proceed with the manufacturing process.

Manufacturing

Mitering

Each tube is carefully inspected so we can start shaping them to fit together. We employ various manufacturing processes to build all the parts needed. We always give each bike the special touch it requires.

Welding and Brazing

Our bikes undergo TIG welding and silver brazing. We TIG weld the main tubes and utilize brazing solely for add-ons. Each bike is finished with a custom serial number and logo according to your preferences.

Alignment Check

After the frame is fully constructed, we meticulously check all measurements and ensure the parallelism of the frame. We ream any necessary parts and may even assemble the entire bike before the finishing process begins.

Finishing and Delivery

Frame Finishing

We currently offer powder coating in a variety of colors as well as wet paint jobs.

Building

If a full build is to be delivered, we conduct a thorough double-check of all details after the finishing process. Once approved, we proceed with the bike build in-house.

Delivery

When the build is complete, we request payment for the remaining balance from the initial down payment. You are welcome to come to pick up the bike and share with us the first ride. Alternatively, we can arrange shipping for the frame/bike.

Price Reference

Each project is tailored to your needs. We adjust the labor, tubing, and components to match your style and intended use. We recommend budgeting at least the same amount, up to four times, for parts such as the crankset, gear system, pedals, handlebar, brakes, seat, seatpost, wheelset, clamps, and bearings. As for the cost of a Frameset (Frame and Fork), it varies depending on the specific requirements of the build.
